The TLP2366(V4-TPL,E is a 1-channel push-pull output optoisolator from Toshiba Semiconductor, rated for 20 MBd data rate and 3750 Vrms isolation.
40 ns propagation delay and 20 kV/µs CMTI
Propagation delay is 40 ns max for both tpLH and tpHL, with 15 ns typical rise/fall times. This keeps signal skew low enough for high-speed control loops and fieldbus interfaces. Common-mode transient immunity is 20 kV/µs minimum, which means the output stays clean when fast voltage transients slam across the isolation barrier — a common failure point in motor-drive and inverter applications.
6-SOIC-5 package and surface-mount footprint
Housed in a 6-SOIC package with 5 leads (0.179-inch body width, 4.55 mm), the part is surface-mount and RoHS compliant. The 5-lead variant uses one pin as a no-connect, so confirm the PCB footprint matches the 5-lead layout before layout freeze.
