Low-power CMOS op-amp for battery-powered signal chains
The Toshiba TC75S67TU,LF is a single CMOS operational amplifier in a compact 6-SMD flat-lead UFV package, designed for applications where board space and power budget are tight. It delivers a 3.5 MHz gain-bandwidth product with a 1V/µs slew rate while drawing only 430 µA supply current, making it a fit for battery-operated sensor interfaces, portable instrumentation, and low-frequency signal conditioning. The input bias current of 1 pA suits high-impedance sources like photodiode amplifiers or pH probes. Supply range from 2.2 V to 5.5 V allows operation from a single lithium cell or a regulated 3.3 V/5 V rail.
Package and mounting for space-constrained boards
Housed in a 6-SMD (5 leads) flat-lead package with the UFV supplier device code, this op-amp is surface-mount only. The small footprint and low profile suit portable or handheld equipment where height and area are at a premium. The tape-and-reel and cut-tape options support both prototyping and volume assembly.
