1.5 A unipolar driver in a through-hole DIP
The TB67S112PG,HJ is a fully integrated driver that packs the control logic and Power MOSFET output stage into a single 16-DIP package — no external FET bridge required for driving a unipolar stepper or a pair of solenoids. Each half-bridge output is rated for 1.5 A continuous, and the load supply accepts 4.5 V to 47 V, so the same part drives a 5 V relay bank or a 24 V industrial solenoid valve without a level-shift stage.
Logic and load supply — two separate rails
The load supply is independent and covers 4.5 V to 47 V — a common 24 V industrial rail sits comfortably in the middle. No extended temperature grade for under-hood or engine-bay use.
