Package and board-fit for the 36-VQFN
The TB67B001FTG,EL comes in a 36-VFQFN exposed pad package (supplier device package 36-VQFN, 5x5 mm). The tape-and-reel or cut-tape packaging options suit both prototype builds and production reels.
What the 3A output and 22V supply mean for your motor
Rated for 3A continuous output with a 4V to 22V supply range, this driver handles small-to-medium brushless DC motors — think pump impellers, cooling fans, or spindle drives in the 12V to 24V nominal rail. The three half-bridge outputs (one per motor phase) are integrated with the control logic, so the BOM needs only the motor, a DC bus capacitor, and the PWM signal from the host controller. The PWM interface accepts a standard six-step or sinusoidal commutation waveform. The bipolar technology means the driver can actively brake the motor by reversing the current direction through the windings — useful for quick deceleration in positioning applications.
Temperature grade and environment
The 105°C ceiling covers most enclosed electronics — a motor driver inside a panel near a warm pump sees 70-85°C ambient; the 20°C margin keeps the junction below the silicon limit even with the 3A output heating the die.
Active production and compliance posture
ROHS3 compliant, so it clears the EU material restrictions without an exemption.
