Dual pre-biased transistor in SC-74 — what you get
The Toshiba RN4610(TE85L,F) packs one NPN and one PNP pre-biased transistor into a single SC-74 (SOT-457) surface-mount package. Each transistor has a built-in 4.7 kΩ base resistor (R1), so you drop the two external resistors per channel from the BOM. Collector-emitter breakdown is rated at 50 V, continuous collector current at 100 mA, and total package dissipation at 300 mW. The part is marked as active and RoHS compliant.
Where this saves board space
A dual complementary pair with integrated bias resistors replaces four discretes (two transistors, two resistors) in one SC-74 footprint. Typical use is in low-current switching and interface circuits — relay drivers, LED indicators, level shifters — where the 50 V / 100 mA ceiling gives enough headroom for 12 V or 24 V industrial logic rails. The 200 MHz transition frequency keeps switching clean for sub-MHz PWM and digital I/O buffering.
