Fixed 1.8 V rail in a 4-ball DSBGA
The LP5990TMX-1.8/NOPB is a single-output positive LDO from Texas Instruments that delivers a fixed 1.8 V at up to 200 mA. It comes in a 4-DSBGA package and is rated for the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
