Product details

The 1.5SMC33CA M6G: Breakdown occurs at a minimum of 31.4V, and clamping is limited to 45.7V at the rated 34A peak pulse current. This gives a 24V nominal bus about 3V of headroom before the TVS starts conducting. A single bidirectional channel handles both positive and negative transients, so no polarity orientation is needed on the PCB — useful for AC-coupled or floating signal pairs.

The wide temperature span suits outdoor or industrial enclosures where ambient heat can push junction temperatures near the upper limit. Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR), it is compatible with standard pick-and-place assembly for volume production.
