At the 10/1000 µs test waveform, the device handles 94 A peak pulse current before clamping at 16.7 V. The -55°C to 150°C junction temperature range covers industrial and outdoor equipment — the leakage current at the 10.2 V standoff doubles roughly every 10°C above 25°C, so the thermal budget at 85°C ambient needs to account for increased self-heating during repetitive surges.
