1500 W bidirectional transient suppressor, AEC-Q101 qualified
The 1.5KE39CAH: Its 33.3 V reverse standoff voltage and 37.1 V minimum breakdown voltage place it in the 33 V rail protection class, clamping transients to 53.9 V at 29 A peak pulse current. Automotive-grade AEC-Q101 qualification means the device has passed the full suite of stress tests for automotive applications, including high-temperature reverse bias, temperature cycling, and ESD robustness.
Housed in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial leaded package, the 1.5KE39CAH is a through-hole device. The DO-201 footprint is standard for 1.5 kW TVS diodes; the axial leads are tin-plated copper, compatible with wave solder or hand-solder rework. Tape & Reel packaging is available for automated insertion.
