Package, mounting, and thermal path
Housed in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial leaded package, the die is bonded directly to the lead frame — the thermal path runs through the leads into the PCB copper. Through-hole mounting keeps the part mechanically robust in high-vibration environments. The operating junction temperature range spans -55°C to 175°C, covering industrial and automotive under-hood thermal profiles without derating at the high end.
