Breakdown and clamping margins

Minimum breakdown voltage is 17.1 V, ensuring the device starts conducting before the protected circuitry sees damaging overvoltage. The 25.5 V maximum clamping voltage at 60 A Ipp gives a 10.2 V margin above the 15.3 V standoff — adequate for most 15 V bus transients without secondary breakdown.
