1500 W clamping, bidirectional, DO-201
The 1.5KE15CA A0G is a 1500 W bidirectional TVS diode from Taiwan Semiconductor's 1.5KE series, built for general-purpose transient suppression on supply rails and signal lines up to 12.8 V nominal. The single bidirectional channel means one device clamps both polarities — no need to series two unidirectional parts for AC-coupled or floating lines.
Through-hole axial, wide temperature range
