The 1.5KE150A R0G: Its 143 V minimum breakdown voltage ensures the device starts conducting before the protected circuitry sees overvoltage, while the 207 V maximum clamping at 7.6 A peak pulse current (10/1000 µs waveform) limits the let-through voltage to a level most 200 V-rated downstream parts survive. The 10/1000 µs waveform is the industry-standard test condition for TVS diodes — the 7.6 A peak current is the current the device shunts at the clamping voltage.
Package and mounting for through-hole boards
Housed in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial-lead package, the 1.5KE150A R0G is a through-hole part that solders into a 1.1 mm diameter hole on a standard PCB. The operating junction temperature range spans -55°C to 175°C, covering automotive under-hood and industrial enclosure ambient conditions. No power line protection feature is built in — this is a bare TVS diode for signal and low-power DC rail clamping, not for AC mains surge suppression.
