Reverse standoff and breakdown thresholds
Reverse standoff voltage is 10.2V typical — the diode stays high-impedance below this level, so it won't load a 12V bus during normal operation. Breakdown starts at 11.4V minimum, giving a narrow guard band before the clamp engages. The bidirectional single-channel design (one device) protects both polarities, which simplifies BOM count on AC-coupled or floating signal lines.
