Clamping and thermal envelope for the BOM engineer

The 158 V maximum clamping voltage at 9.9 A peak pulse current defines the voltage stress the downstream circuitry must survive — a 150 V-rated MOSFET or capacitor on the protected rail has margin, but a 100 V-rated part does not.
