For automotive designs that need the output current and the temperature range, the TSX564IYPT is the correct choice; the TS274IPT fits where bandwidth matters more and the environment is commercial or industrial.
It is ROHS3 compliant. For a BOM that needs an automotive-grade quad op-amp with rail-to-rail output and moderate bandwidth, this part is safe to specify for production runs.
