AEC-Q100 grade and 125°C junction — the under-hood envelope
The TSV852IDT: The 1.3 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 0.7V/µs slew rate suit sensor-conditioning loops and actuator-drive buffers where the signal bandwidth stays below 100 kHz — the GBW ceiling limits closed-loop gain at higher frequencies, so a gain-of-10 stage is usable to roughly 130 kHz before the open-loop gain drops below 20 dB.
Each channel draws 130 µA quiescent supply current, totalling 260 µA for the dual package — at 5 V that is 1.3 mW total dissipation, low enough to keep the 8-SOIC junction temperature rise negligible even in a sealed ECU enclosure.
8-SOIC footprint and surface-mount assembly
Surface-mount assembly with a reflow profile per J-STD-020; the package is MSL 1 (no moisture sensitivity bake required before reflow) per ST's standard SOIC qualification.
