Automotive-grade dual op-amp for signal conditioning
It delivers a 20 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 13 V/µs slew rate, with rail-to-rail output swing that suits sensor signal conditioning, actuator drive, and filter stages in engine control units, transmission modules, and body electronics. Each channel draws 1.9 mA typical quiescent current, keeping the power budget manageable in thermally constrained enclosures.
Temperature range and deployment environment
That means it can sit on a PCB near the engine bay, inside a transmission controller, or on an exterior-mounted sensor module without derating. The 8-MiniSO package (3.00 mm × 3.00 mm body) fits dense layouts where board area is tight. Surface-mount assembly is standard; no special reflow profile beyond the usual MSL 3 handling.
Package and mounting
Input offset voltage is specified at 200 µV typical, which is tight enough for most automotive sensor interfaces without trimming. The input bias current is 2 pA typical, so high-impedance sources like piezo transducers or pH probes see negligible loading.
Lifecycle and compliance
The TSV782IST offers higher bandwidth (30 MHz) and slew rate (20 V/µs) at a higher supply current, useful when speed margins are tight.
