4 MHz GBW with rail-to-rail output

With a gain-bandwidth product of 4 MHz and a slew rate of 1.3 V/µs, the TS922IYPT handles signal bandwidths up to several hundred kilohertz in closed-loop gains of 10 or more. The rail-to-rail output stage maximizes dynamic range at low supply voltages, critical for single-supply automotive sensor interfaces. Each channel delivers up to 80 mA output current, sufficient to drive moderate loads such as actuator pre-drivers or headphone amplifiers.
