Automotive-grade dual op-amp with 4 MHz GBW
The TS922IYDT: The 4 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 1.3 V/µs slew rate set the signal bandwidth ceiling: for a non-inverting gain of 10, the closed-loop bandwidth is roughly 400 kHz, which covers most sensor conditioning and actuator drive loops in automotive body and chassis applications.
Rail-to-rail output and supply flexibility
Quiescent current is 2 mA per amplifier typical at no load — the die temperature rise at 125°C ambient stays manageable even with both channels driving 80 mA each, since the output stage drop is small at rail-to-rail swing.
Input offset and bias for sensor front-ends
A high-impedance source above 100 kΩ would need a FET-input amplifier, but for most resistive-bridge and thermistor circuits this is within budget.
Active production and compliance posture
The OEM auditor will accept the PPAP documentation ST provides with this grade-1 temperature rating.
