JFET input stage with low power draw
The STMicroelectronics TL061ACDT is a single JFET-input operational amplifier in an 8-SOIC package. It delivers a 1 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 3.5 V/µs slew rate while drawing only 200 µA of supply current. The JFET front end keeps input bias current at 30 pA, making it a fit for high-impedance sources like photodiode amplifiers or piezo sensor buffers. Supply span runs from 6 V to 36 V, single or split. Output can source or sink 20 mA per channel. Temperature grade is commercial: 0°C to 70°C.
Package and mounting
Housed in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90 mm width) package, surface-mount only. Supplier device package is 8-SOIC. Available in Tape & Reel or Cut Tape options. Standard reflow profile for SOIC-8 applies; no special thermal pad required.
