The T3035H-8I: The TO-220AB Insulated package (TO-220-3 case) has the tab electrically isolated from the die — no insulating pad needed when bolting to a chassis or heatsink. The 30 A RMS rating requires a heatsink sized for the load current and ambient.
No LTB or EOL notice on record. For dual-sourcing flexibility, the surface-mount sibling T3035H-6G-TR (600 V, same 30 A rating) shares the same die but requires a different board assembly process. The through-hole T1635T-8FP and T1235T-8FP are lower-current (16 A and 12 A) options in the same 800 V Snubberless™ family for lighter loads.
