The STPS61150CW is a 150 V, 30 A per diode Schottky rectifier in a common-cathode pair, housed in a TO-247-3 through-hole package.
Current and voltage — sizing the rail
The forward drop is 840 mV at 30 A, which sets the conduction loss per diode at roughly 25 W at full load — the TO-247 case and a proper heatsink are mandatory to keep junction temperature under the 175°C maximum. Reverse leakage is 20 µA at 150 V, a typical figure for a 150 V Schottky; it climbs with junction temperature, so the thermal design should budget for increased leakage at elevated temperatures.
The TO-247-3 package is a through-hole, three-lead tabbed case. It bolts directly to a heatsink with an M3 screw and requires a thermal pad or grease. No fine-pitch soldering, no hidden pads.
