The STPS5H100H is a 100 V, 5 A Schottky rectifier from ST, housed in a through-hole TO-251 (IPAK) package. Its 730 mV forward voltage at 5 A is typical for a 100 V Schottky — the trade-off is lower Vf than a 200 V part, but you give up reverse voltage headroom. The 3.5 µA reverse leakage at 100 V is low enough for most power-supply output rectification and freewheeling diode roles.
ST lists the STPS5H100H as obsolete. No official successor is recorded.
Through-hole TO-251 (IPAK) — board-fit note
The TO-251 (IPAK) is a three-lead through-hole package with short leads, designed for vertical mounting on the PCB. The tab is the cathode.
