At 20 A per diode, the 530 mV Vf produces 10.6 W of conduction loss per leg. The 800 µA reverse leakage at 40 V is a Schottky characteristic that rises sharply with temperature; in a sealed enclosure above 100°C ambient, leakage-induced self-heating can shrink the safe operating area.
