Forward drop and thermal budget at 15 A
At 15 A per diode, the maximum forward voltage is 790 mV — that's about 11.85 W of conduction loss per diode at full tilt. The reverse leakage at 80 V is 40 µA, which climbs with temperature but stays manageable for most power-converter designs.
Recovery speed and switching behaviour
Listed as a fast-recovery Schottky with recovery time ≤ 500 ns at > 200 mA — typical for a 15 A Schottky in this voltage class. That's fast enough for 50–100 kHz switching supplies; above that, the reverse-recovery charge starts eating into efficiency, and a SiC or GaN diode would be a better fit.
STMicroelectronics has ended production, so new stock is not available through the factory or authorised distributors. Sourcing is limited to independent distribution — surplus inventory, new-old-stock, or broker-sourced lots. No official successor has been published by ST.
