Dual Schottky in D²PAK — 80 V, 15 A per leg
The pair shares a common cathode, which simplifies layout for OR-ing diodes or centre-tap rectifier stages where the cathodes tie together.
Reverse leakage and junction temperature ceiling
Reverse leakage is 40 µA at 80 V, a moderate figure for a Schottky of this voltage class. The maximum junction temperature is 175 °C, which gives headroom for high-ambient designs — but leakage rises exponentially with temperature, so the thermal design must keep the junction well below that ceiling under steady-state load.
STMicroelectronics lists the STPS30M80CG-TR as obsolete. No factory orders are accepted; the part is available only through surplus and broker channels.
