60 V, 30 A dual Schottky in a TO-262 — what you're getting
For production or repair, the only channel is independent distribution — we source traceable surplus and new-old-stock inventory on a quoted-to-order basis.
The 660 mV forward voltage at 15 A per diode is the headline efficiency spec — at full load each diode dissipates roughly 10 W, so the TO-262 tab needs adequate heatsinking or forced airflow. The 60 µA reverse leakage at 60 V is typical for a 60 V Schottky; expect it to rise with junction temperature, so derate the reverse voltage margin in hot environments. The fast recovery characteristic (≤ 500 ns at > 200 mA) is inherent to Schottky technology — no reverse recovery charge to manage, which simplifies the snubber design in hard-switching converters.
