The STPS30H100CR is a dual Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics — two 15 A diodes in a common-cathode configuration inside a single through-hole TO-262 (I2PAK) package. Each diode is rated for 100 V reverse voltage and drops 800 mV at its full 15 A forward current.
175°C junction — why that matters on a hot rail
Rated junction temperature goes to 175°C, not the more common 150°C. In a cramped power supply where the heatsink is shared between two diodes, that extra 25°C of margin means you can push the average current closer to the 15 A per diode without thermally cycling the part into early failure. The 5 µA reverse leakage at 100 V is typical for a 100 V Schottky at 25°C; at 175°C it climbs, but the junction rating tells you the die is built to survive it.
ST lists the STPS30H100CR as obsolete. If you have a production board that uses this common-cathode pair in the I2PAK footprint, you are looking at a last-time-buy or a qualified replacement. The base product number is STPS30H100, so a pin-compatible sibling in the same family may exist — but no official successor is named in the record.
