The forward voltage drop is 570 mV at 15 A, which keeps conduction losses manageable in a 15 A per-leg design. Reverse leakage at 45 V is 200 µA — typical for a 45 V Schottky at the hot junction, but worth derating if the ambient runs near the 200°C maximum junction temperature.

Package and mounting — through-hole I²PAK
Housed in a TO-262-3 (I²PAK) through-hole package, the STPS3045CR mounts into a standard TO-262 footprint with long leads. The common-cathode tab is the center pin — the two anodes are the outer leads. Through-hole assembly suits boards that need manual rework or higher thermal cycling robustness than an SMD package provides.
