Dual Schottky in a single through-hole package
It is housed in a TO-262-3 (I2PAK) through-hole package, which provides a large copper tab for effective heatsinking in power-supply output stages and OR-ing diode applications.
100 V blocking and 10 A per diode — where the ratings land
The 100 V maximum DC reverse voltage sets the ceiling for the bus voltage this diode can block. In a typical 48 V telecom rectifier or a 24 V industrial supply, the 100 V rating provides margin against transients without oversizing to a 150 V or 200 V part. Each diode carries 10 A average rectified current; the common-cathode pair delivers 20 A total output current. The forward voltage is specified at 770 mV maximum at 10 A, which defines the conduction loss per diode and drives the heatsink selection — a 10 A load at 770 mV dissipates 7.7 W per diode, so the I2PAK tab must be bolted to a heatsink or a large copper plane. Reverse leakage is 4.5 µA at 100 V, typical for a 100 V Schottky at 25 °C junction.
It is ROHS3 compliant, suitable for new designs subject to EU RoHS restrictions.
