The STPS1L60MF is a 60 V, 1 A Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics in the compact DO-222AA surface-mount package. Reverse leakage is 50 µA at 60 V and 25°C junction; that leakage doubles roughly every 10°C rise, so at 125°C junction the leakage current can dominate the off-state power budget. For a 48 V bus with a 60 V-rated Schottky, the derating margin is about 20 % — adequate for most low-voltage power supplies and output OR-ing circuits.
