60 A per leg, 45 V blocking — the ISOTOP dual-Schottky module
The STPS12045TV from STMicroelectronics is a dual-Schottky rectifier module housing two independent 60 A diodes in a single ISOTOP package. Each diode is rated for 45 V reverse voltage and delivers a forward voltage of 670 mV at 60 A, typical for a Schottky of this current class. The fast recovery characteristic — ≤ 500 ns at > 200 mA — suits it for high-frequency rectification and freewheeling in power supplies and motor drives.
Chassis-mount ISOTOP — bolted-down thermal path
The ISOTOP package is a chassis-mount module designed to be bolted to a heatsink or panel. The two diodes share the same baseplate, so the thermal interface is common — the heatsink must be sized for the combined dissipation of both diodes.
