Schottky diode for 150 V rail rectification
The STPS1150 is a 150 V, 1 A Schottky rectifier in the DO-41 axial-lead package — a common choice for low-voltage, high-frequency rectification in power supplies and flyback catch diodes where the forward drop matters more than the breakdown margin. Leakage doubles with temperature; at the 175°C maximum junction the leakage current will dominate the thermal budget, so the heatsinking and ambient temperature must be considered in the design.

The DO-41 axial package (DO-204AL) is a through-hole form factor with a 0.025-inch diameter lead — it fits standard 0.1-inch pitch board holes and is hand-solderable or wave-solderable. The axial leads require forming for vertical or horizontal mounting; the lead bend radius should not stress the glass passivation at the body exit.
