The STPS1045D is a 45 V, 10 A Schottky rectifier in a TO-220AC package.
175°C junction — thermal headroom for tight layouts
Maximum junction temperature is 175°C, which gives real thermal margin in a cramped enclosure or when the diode is mounted close to a hot transformer or heatsink. The reverse leakage at 45 V is 100 µA — expect that to climb with temperature, but the 175°C ceiling keeps the die safe in a 100°C ambient with forced air.
Active production, ROHS3 — no compliance surprises
ROHS3 compliant — no exemptions to track for EU or global BOMs. The standard TO-220AC through-hole package is a drop-in for existing layouts using the same footprint.
