75 V, 120 A N-channel — obsolete, still spec'd into production lines
For BOM lines that still require this exact part, procurement must rely on independent distribution and surplus inventory channels.
The 75 V drain-to-source voltage (Vdss) gives adequate headroom for 48 V and 60 V nominal rails, but design margin tightens above a 60 V steady-state bus — derate for transients.
Package and mounting — TO-220 through-hole
The tab is the drain terminal. For high-current designs, ensure adequate copper area on the PCB tab pad and a mechanical heatsink rated for the dissipated power.
