Four-rail monitoring in a single SOT-23-6 package
The STM6710LWB6F: The thresholds are factory-set at 1.67 V and 3.08 V for two fixed channels, with two additional adjustable inputs configurable via external resistor dividers — covering the common core, I/O, and auxiliary rails on a mixed-voltage board. A minimum reset timeout of 140 ms provides enough hold time for power supplies and oscillators to stabilise before the system processor starts executing code.
What the threshold and timeout specs mean for your board
The two adjustable channels let you set custom thresholds for non-standard rails — 2.5 V, 1.2 V, or a 5 V rail divided down — using a pair of external resistors per channel, with the reference voltage typically 0.6 V at the adjust pin. The 140 ms minimum reset pulse width is long enough to ride through a brief supply glitch without resetting the system, but short enough that the processor is not held in reset for a full power-up cycle.
Active lifecycle and compliance posture
Fully ROHS3 compliant — no exemptions beyond the standard RoHS scope, so it passes European and California E-waste directives without a waiver letter. Packaged in SOT-23-6 on tape-and-reel (7-inch or 13-inch reel depending on quantity), compatible with standard pick-and-place assembly lines.
