It runs at 80 MHz, carries 1 MB of Flash and 128 KB of RAM, and integrates peripherals including CAN, USB OTG, multiple SPI/I²C, a 12-bit ADC array, and a 12-bit DAC. The supply range is 1.71 V to 3.6 V, and the temperature grade is -40°C to 85°C.
The 80 MHz core speed handles real-time control loops, sensor fusion, and protocol stacks. The single-cycle multiply and hardware FPU handle fixed- and floating-point math efficiently.
Memory sizing and peripheral set
1 MB Flash gives room for a full application stack plus a small file system or bootloader; 128 KB RAM supports moderate frame buffers and multi-packet USB transfers. The 51 GPIOs in the 64-LQFP package leave enough pins for a parallel LCD interface, external memory via QSPI, and a handful of sensors or actuators. On-chip brown-out detect and a watchdog reduce external supervisor IC count.
