80 MHz Cortex-M4 with 1 MB Flash — what the memory and speed mean for the design
It carries 1 MB of Flash and 128 KB of SRAM — enough headroom for a real-time control loop with a display buffer and OTA staging area without external memory.
Peripheral set — CAN, QSPI, SAI, and 51 I/O
The 51 general-purpose I/O lines are enough to interface a parallel LCD, a keypad matrix, and a handful of sensors without an I/O expander. The connectivity block includes CANbus for industrial networking, QSPI for a serial NOR Flash or PSRAM, SAI for audio codec or digital microphone input, and SWPMI for smart-card or NFC reader links.
