Typical applications include battery-operated IoT endpoints, industrial sensor nodes, portable medical devices, and field instruments where low power draw and a rich peripheral set are both required.
Connectivity and peripheral integration — CAN, USB, and multiple serial buses
This MCU includes a CANbus interface, USB, multiple I²C and SPI ports, plus UART/USART with IrDA and LIN support. The QSPI interface allows direct connection to external serial NOR Flash for code-execution or data logging. The 52 general-purpose I/O lines are enough to handle a keypad, a small TFT display, and several sensors without an external GPIO expander.
The built-in brown-out detect and power-on reset simplify power sequencing.
It is RoHS3 compliant.
