The STM32L151CBU6A is a peer device in the same STM32L1 series, with the same Cortex-M3 core at 32 MHz, same Flash and RAM sizes, and a similar peripheral set. The key difference is the package: the CBU6A comes in a 48-UFQFPN (7x7 mm) tray package, while the CCT6TR is in a 48-LQFP (7x7 mm) tape-and-reel package. They are not pin-compatible, so a board spin is required to swap between them.
