STM32L083CBT6 — ultra-low-power Cortex-M0+ with integrated LCD and EEPROM
The STMicroelectronics STM32L083CBT6 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ MCU from the STM32L0 series, built for battery-powered and energy-harvesting applications. It runs at 32 MHz and packs 128 KB of Flash program memory, 20 KB of SRAM, and a separate 6 KB EEPROM block for parameter storage without external parts. The wide 1.8 V to 3.6 V supply range lets it run directly from two alkaline cells or a single Li-ion cell, and the industrial temperature grade (-40°C to 85°C) covers outdoor sensor nodes, metering, and industrial control panels.
What the memory and peripherals mean for your BOM
The 128 KB Flash and 6 KB EEPROM store firmware and configuration data. The 20 KB SRAM supports moderate buffering.
