192 KB Flash, 20 KB RAM, 6 KB EEPROM — memory budget for a connected sensor node
The STM32L073VZI6TR: 192 KB Flash, 20 KB RAM, and 6 KB EEPROM on-chip. The 32 MHz ARM Cortex-M0+ core keeps active current low while still handling sensor polling, USB communication, and LCD segment drive without a co-processor.
100-UFBGA (7x7 mm) — tight footprint, hand-assembly considerations
100-UFBGA package, 7x7 mm.
Peripheral set: USB, LCD drive, 16-channel 12-bit ADC
Connectivity includes USB (device), I²C, SPI, UART/USART with LIN and IrDA support, plus an I²S audio interface. The 84 GPIOs are enough to drive a segment LCD directly (the peripheral set includes an LCD controller), and the 16-channel 12-bit ADC plus two 12-bit DACs cover analog sensor inputs. Brown-out detect and POR are integrated, so external reset supervision is optional.
