What the 49-WLCSP means for your board
It carries 192 KB of Flash program memory, 20 KB of SRAM, and a separate 6 KB EEPROM block for nonvolatile data storage without external parts. The 49-ball WLCSP package (3.29 x 3.26 mm) is the smallest footprint in the STM32L0 series, intended for space-constrained designs like wearables, sensor nodes, and medical patches where board area is tight and reflow profile must handle a wafer-level chip-scale package.
Supply and temperature — the operating envelope
Brown-out detect and POR are integrated, so external reset supervision is optional.
Peripherals and I/O — what connects where
The 13-channel 12-bit ADC captures analog sensor signals directly. DMA handles peripheral-to-memory transfers without CPU intervention, which matters for low-power polling loops.
ROHS3 compliant, no exemptions sunset risk.
This is a current-production MCU available through independent distribution.
