Low-power Cortex-M0+ MCU with on-chip EEPROM and USB
The 32-UFQFPN package with exposed pad (5x5 mm) fits space-constrained designs in industrial sensors, portable medical devices, and IoT edge nodes.
32 MHz core and memory sizing for the application
The 32 MHz Cortex-M0+ core provides enough throughput for sensor fusion loops, human-machine interface polling, and USB packet handling without burning through the power budget. The 2 KB EEPROM is a real differentiator: it stores calibration constants, configuration parameters, or device identity data without needing external serial EEPROM or wear-leveling in Flash. That saves both BOM cost and board area.
