32 MHz Cortex-M0+ in a 5×5 mm UFQFPN
The STM32L051K8U3 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ MCU clocked at 32 MHz. It carries 64 KB Flash, 8 KB SRAM, and 2 KB EEPROM, with a 1.65 V to 3.6 V supply range.
Temperature grade and environment
Rated for -40 to 125 °C operating ambient. The 5×5 mm package with exposed pad aids thermal transfer to the PCB ground plane.
Memory and peripherals for field-update readiness
The 64 KB Flash is sized for a firmware image with a bootloader that supports in-application programming over UART or I²C. 8 KB of SRAM leaves room for moderate data buffering — enough for a small Modbus RTU slave or a sensor hub aggregating a few ADC channels. The 10-channel 12-bit ADC covers analog inputs without an external converter.
