Dual-core architecture — partition your real-time and application tasks
The STM32H755IIK6 pairs a 480 MHz ARM Cortex-M7 with a 240 MHz Cortex-M4 on the same die. The M7 handles heavy number crunching, DSP filtering, or communication stacks while the M4 runs deterministic control loops or sensor fusion. Both cores share the 1 MB RAM and 2 MB Flash via the internal bus matrix, so no external memory is needed for most dual-image workloads.
Industrial temperature grade — factory-floor ready
Rated -40 to 85 °C ambient, the STM32H755IIK6 fits outdoor telecom cabinets, unheated factory halls, and engine-adjacent enclosures without active cooling. The UFBGA-176+25 package (10x10 mm) keeps board area tight — route the 25 extra balls for additional power/ground or a second QSPI Flash die. On-chip brown-out detect and POR eliminate external supervisor ICs for most designs. The internal oscillator starts fast enough to boot from Flash in under a millisecond.
Sourcing and fit for the BOM line
Sourced and quoted to order against an RFQ through independent distribution. Availability and current pricing confirmed at quote time. The dual-core split and 2 MB Flash make this a direct fit for designs that previously required a separate host processor and a real-time controller — one BOM line replaces two.
