The package is a 176+25 UFBGA (10x10 mm), a fine-pitch BGA with 201 balls. That's not a hand-solderable part — you'll need a reflow oven, stencil, and X-ray inspection. If your production line isn't set up for BGAs, this part will add assembly cost. The supply voltage range is 1.62 V to 3.6 V, giving flexibility for both 1.8 V and 3.3 V logic rails.
