Dual-core architecture — what the speed split means for your firmware
The STM32H745ZIT6U pairs a Cortex-M4 running at 240 MHz with a Cortex-M7 at 480 MHz on the same die. That lets you offload real-time control loops (motor commutation, sensor polling) to the M4 while the M7 crunches DSP or floating-point workloads. The 2 MB of Flash and 1 MB of RAM give both cores room for their own code and data without fighting over external memory.
144-LQFP — rework-friendly footprint
The 144-LQFP package measures 20x20 mm. 97 I/O are brought out for CANbus, Ethernet, USB OTG, SPI, and I²C.
Industrial temperature grade and supply range
Rated for -40°C to 85°C ambient. Supply range is 1.62 V to 3.6 V.
Lifecycle and sourcing
The STM32H745ZIT6U carries an Active lifecycle status from ST. That means it is in normal production with no last-time-buy or end-of-life notice. We source it to order against an RFQ; availability and current pricing are confirmed at quote time.
