480 MHz Cortex-M7 — where the headroom goes
The STM32H743XGH6: The ARM Cortex-M7 core runs at 480 MHz. The 1 MB Flash and 1M x 8 RAM support a full RTOS and TCP/IP stack without external memory.
Peripheral set and connectivity
The 168 I/O lines and the EBI/EMI bus allow direct attachment of parallel LCDs or external SRAM/Flash without a glue-logic CPLD. Data converters are A/D 36x16-bit and D/A 2x12-bit, covering multi-channel sensor acquisition.
Supply rail and power management
Supply range is 1.62 V to 3.6 V. The internal POR and brown-out detect eliminate the need for an external supervisor in most designs.
Lifecycle and sourcing posture
Listed as Active by the manufacturer, so no end-of-life notice is in effect.
